Nicole Marie Garcia was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She attended and graduated Miami Coral Park Senior High, home of the Rams. She received her Associates in Arts Degree at Miami Dade College before transferring to Florida International University where she received her Bachelor’s in Arts degree in English. Prior to Law School, she worked as a legal assistant for a criminal defense attorney and worked in the construction field, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in both. In addition, she interned and attended events with Congresswoman Ileana Ros- lehtinen. At a young age Mrs. Garcia learned the true meaning of the saying “when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade”, by having to work full time and attend school full time in order to achieve her dreams.
“I learned from a young age that life wasn’t going to be easy and my goals and dreams wouldn’t be handed to me but must be earned through hard work, persistence, and dedication. I never took “No” for as an answer. If one door closed, I either kept knocking or made my own door.”
She then continued her educational pursuit at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate Degree. While attending law school, she interned and gained invaluable experience with the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office where she assisted with criminal matters.
Upon graduating from Law School and gaining admission to the Florida Bar as a licensed attorney, Mrs. Garcia returned to South Florida. Nicole takes great pride assisting individuals facing hardships, pursuing justice for the firm’s clients and defending the rights of those within her community here in South Florida. She is a member of The Cuban American Bar Association, The Miami Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Florida Bar.
