Luis Alejandro Llenin is an attorney at the firm whose practice focuses on civil litigation, including real property disputes, construction-related matters, and insurance-related claims. Mr. Llenin represents individuals and businesses in complex legal matters and approaches each case with a disciplined, results-driven mindset.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Llenin gained valuable experience working at a law firm that handled real property damage and first-party insurance claims. In that role, he assisted in matters involving property insurance disputes, coverage issues, and claims arising from residential and commercial property damage. His work included reviewing claim files, assisting with litigation strategy, drafting legal pleadings and motions, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in property-related litigation and dispute resolution.
Mr. Llenin earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he gained experience in civil litigation through his work as a research assistant on employment discrimination matters and as a law clerk handling first-party property insurance cases. These roles allowed him to develop strong research, writing, and analytical skills that he now applies in representing clients in litigation matters.
Before attending law school, Mr. Llenin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marist College in New York. During his time at Marist, he participated in the Hansard Society for Parliamentary Democracy Scholars Program, studying at the London School of Economics while working in Parliament, where he further developed his advocacy and communication skills.
Mr. Llenin’s competitive drive and discipline were developed early through athletics. While attending Doral Academy Preparatory in Miami, he captained the varsity swimming and diving team and led the team to the school’s first FHSAA State 3A Championship, earning recognition as Scholar Athlete of the Year. He continued competing at the collegiate level as a member of the NCAA Division I Men’s Swimming and Diving Team at Marist College. The discipline, perseverance, and competitive mindset developed through high-level athletics continue to shape his approach to the practice of law, where effective advocacy often requires the same focus, preparation, and resilience found in competitive sports.
Mr. Llenin is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic representation while guiding clients through complex legal disputes.
